The "Walk Into Your Purpose" Program
This program is designed to help you gain clarity about your purpose while gaining a sense of overall balance throughout four systems: Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual. The combination of the two approaches will lead those committed to the practice to a place of power and accomplishment, giving you the support to walk into your newly defined purpose.
All Purpose Walkers receive:
A weekly worksheet to complete that will help you to uncover your belief systems in addition to tools to help you release any limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns.
A Wellness Journal to track your progress.
Weekly 1:1 sessions with me, Bless Roxwell, as your personal Life Purpose Coach.
Guided Meditations, Chakra Affrimations, and one Reiki Session*
SMART Goal setting with a 30 Day Goal Re-evaluation.
Referrals as needed (Personal Trainers, Nutrition, Therapists, Financial Counselors, and more).

Program Itinerary: 12 Weeks
Intro to Purpose and the Program
This week is your introduction to what it means to discover and live in your purpose. We will review your Client Intake Form, discuss your thoughts and ideas about living your purpose and what you think may be preventing you from walking into it.
Week 1: Conditioning and Childhood Influences
What do concepts like happiness, success, and family mean to you? In week two we begin to uncover your definitions of concepts like these as well as your values. We will look at your biggest influences from your childhood and what you were taught to believe about these concepts.
Week 2: Passions and Interests
In week three we start to examine what your passions and interests are, what they mean to you, and why. We'll explore how what you're passionate about and interested in can lead you to living in alignment with your purpose.
Week 3: Talents and Skills
Everyone has things they're good at doing, and in week four we'll uncover what yours are. Sometimes we're good at something that we don't even realize can serve us as an asset in living our purpose. In this week we bring those talents and skills to the forefront so you can begin to understand your power to walk into your purpose.
